Dear Customer,

 

We have just received a notification from PostNL / DPD / GLS that due to internal Corona measures and structurally more online purchases, it is busier than usual at all PostNL / DPD / GLS depots. As a result, it may happen that shipments that are already shipped in the Portal and that are offered at the PostNL / DPD / GLS depot have not yet been processed. All shipments are already pre-notified at PostNL / DPD / GLS and collected, but the T&T of these shipments will indicate that the "Shipment is expected, not yet at PostNL / DPD / GLS".

 

PostNL / DPD / GLS tries to close the backlogs as much as possible in these special times, but we have not yet received an official commitment that the backlogs have been eliminated this week ... ... ☹

 

As soon as we have received more information from PostNL / DPD / GLS, we will inform you again.
